We started NurBytes because great software deserves better partners.

NurBytes was born less than a year ago from a simple frustration: too many startups were being let down by dev shops that overpromised and underdelivered. We'd spent years on the other side — inside the startups, the scale-ups, and the big tech companies — and we knew exactly what good looked like. So we built the studio we always wished existed.

We're a tight-knit team of engineers, each with 4–5 years of hands-on experience shipping products across startups, SMBs, and enterprise environments. We don't hire generalists and call them senior. Every person on our team has built real things under real pressure — and knows the difference between code that ships and code that scales.

We keep the team small on purpose. That means you get the actual engineers — not a bait-and-switch with juniors after the contract is signed. Every engagement is treated like we're a founding team member, not a vendor with a ticket queue.

We're early. Intentionally. We've delivered a handful of meaningful projects, turned two of them into ongoing partnerships, and built one product of our own. We're not chasing volume — we're building a reputation, one great product at a time.
