How we work

Predictable process, no surprises. Every engagement follows the same four-phase model so you always know where we are and what's next.

Discovery

We start with a structured scoping call to understand your users, constraints, and definition of done. Output: a written project brief you sign off on.

Architecture

We design the system before writing a line of code — data models, API contracts, infrastructure plan, and tech choices documented and reviewed with you.

Build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see real progress, not slide decks. We use async updates and a shared Slack channel.

Launch

We handle deployment, smoke-testing, and a 30-day post-launch support window. Handoff includes runbooks, codebase walkthrough, and full documentation.
