What we were brought in to solve
Pharmacies often operate as isolated service points — patients come in, get what they need, and leave. There is little continuity, engagement, or long-term relationship building. The vision behind PharmaFast was to change that — to turn pharmacies into connected care hubs where patients can interact, book services, receive updates, and stay engaged over time. The challenge was shaping a platform that feels simple for both patients and pharmacy teams, while supporting complex workflows behind the scenes.
How we built it
We worked closely on shaping and proposing a full digital platform that brings together patient onboarding, bookings, communication, and engagement into one unified system. Pharmacies can build their own care communities, invite patients through simple flows, manage services, and communicate directly — all from a single dashboard. On the patient side, everything is accessible through a lightweight web experience, making it easy to join, book, and stay connected without friction. The platform also lays the groundwork for AI-driven campaigns, loyalty systems, and ecosystem integrations, turning a simple pharmacy into a long-term care platform.
